Halloween Healing

Do you ever do that thing where you've been up late at night watching scary movies and, in an effort to make sure you don't have nightmares, you put on something a little less scary and confrontational before bed?

Like you've just watched something gory and terrifying that you have to be an adult to watch and suddenly you're curled up watching something like classic Disney in the hopes of resetting your brain so your sleep is nightmare free?

Yup. I've been there.

In fact my nightmares can be pretty vivid and intense to the point that they feel very real so even if a scary movie didn't impact me, I can't run the risk of aspects of it turning up to wander through my dreams. Stay spooky, blog-ghosts.
