The Independent's 30 before 30

Having recently written my own take on the 30 before 30 list, The B425, I noticed that The Independent currently have a list of their own up. Now their list is more focused on things that Kate Middleton has done, but I figured it's worth a look. The list covers some things Kate has done, some things that the article author has done. Though I can't say that all of these are recommendable or even affordable/possible, it's definitely worth a read.

1 Bungee-jumped in a Third World country

2. Pulled pints (Done. Badly.)

3. Passed driving test 

4. Got a proper job (Done, depending on your definition of 'proper job')

5. Inhaled (As in smoking? Done, not as a smoker but I tried. Ick!)

6. Been kicked out of a party

7. Had a scrape with the police (Done, but it was nothing major at all)

8. Bedded a royal

9. Drunk a 1982 Grand Cru Classé

10. Been to Glastonbury

11. Left home (Done)

12. Holidayed in the Caribbean

13. Thrown a party for 200

14. Appeared in a national newspaper (Done)

15. Fallen in love (Done)

16. Fallen out of love (Done)

17. Appeared on television (Done)

18. Been on a road trip (Done)

19. Lived abroad (Done)

20. Had pretentious arguments about philosophy until the small hours (Done, though doubt pretentiousness)

21. Started a novel (Done, aim to finish this year)

22. Been in a band (Done)

23. Taken part in a demonstration because your friends did

24. Joined the scouts (Done, but Brownies)

25. Seen New York

26. Bought a house

27. Attended four weddings and a funeral 

28. Reinvented yourself (Done, regularly)

29. Inherited

30. Raved on a Thai beach

So out of all of those I've already done at least half of them. They range from fairly standard such as pulling pints to bedding a royal - I doubt this is the kind of list for everyone.
