Song of the Day: Teenage Dream by Brittani Louise Taylor

Yes, yes, I'm sure I posted this a long time ago as song of the day but I was thinking about it again lately.
It's such a wonderful song that really gets you by the heartstrings.
Though this video is called a parady, it feels too poignant for such a term.
Please listen and enjoy,

Song of the Day: Teenage Dream by Brittani Louise Taylor

For a "parody" this isn't exactly a funny song.
It manages to get you right in the feels.
I remember feeling horribly emotional when I first watched it so I'm sharing it with you.

Brittani Louise Taylor read my blog!

So today I sat down to get a bunch of things done. I've been working on this blog and over at The Huffington Post and managed to churn out two HuffPost blogs, one of which included a reference to a video from the lovely Brittani Louise Taylor. As you may know I'm a big fan of YouTube as a forum and have followed Brittani for some years. Her constant positivity and outlook on life are so utterly refreshing. Anyway I'm writing this because I tweeted her a link to the article since I'd referenced her video in it and she tweeted back (see tweet below)

So yeah, I guess that was the coolest thing to happen thus far in my day. My B425 list is Brittani Taylor approved. Awesome!

As winter rolls in and everything gets colder our lips often suffer. The cold dries them out and our lips get chapped and cracked which leads to bleeding lips and scratchy kisses. Who wants that?
The best way to keep your lips smooth and supple during the cold of winter is to regularly apply lip balm to moisturise them.

Here's a quick YouTube tutorial to show you how to make your own lip balm at home:

Song of the Day: Stay by Brittani Louise Taylor and Devin K (Rihanna Cover)

Though I've not heard the original, I really enjoyed this. It's a good song to put on whilst working.
The music video is well directed and very pretty. I really enjoyed this song and played it several times when I first heard it.
Enjoy,
